Previously holding the role of director of Academic Affairs at University of Greenwich (Vietnam) until 2019, her responsibilities included developing the Business Management course and managing the delivery of Computing and Graphic and Digital Design courses in accordance with University of Greenwich (United Kingdom)’s standards.
Having more than 10 years of experience in human resource management in big corporations in Vietnam, Hoang Lan Anh was directly involved in several major HR projects, including Building a compensation system, Building a performance evaluation system, Building a learning culture, and organization’s culture.
She provided business consultancy to Vietnamese National Coal and Mineral Industries Holding Limited (VINACOMIN), Vietnam National Cement Corporation (VICEM) during the period of equitization of state corporations, Hyundai Vietnam and The National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT).
